Rajasthan State Haj Committee on 12th May selected 1503 Haj applicants through Qurrah / lottery. State Minister Amin Khan of Ministry of Minority related issue started the qurrah process. Ajmer was the first district for qurrah.
From Jaipur this year 500 Haj pilgrims are going. Out of 500, 336 are from reserved category and rest 164 are selected through qurrah.
Central Haj committee has allotted 3950 Haj quota for the state. From reserved category total 2447 applicants are selected and 1503 through qurrah.To see the qurrah result visit the website of HCOI www.hajcommittee.com or Rajasthan Haj committee website

Please visit the website http://www.hajcommittee.com …and in the Pilgrim Information section select “Pilgrim Search for Haj 2012″. In that option you have to select the state and enter the Passport number to find if your parents application is accepted or not. This would also help you trace the cover no. Besides , contact the state Haj Committee office for further help.

I was just checking the waiting list for the state of Rajasthan and I noticed that till 642 waiting no. the pilgrims have been selected and this was done on 15/06/2012. After that I cannot see and selections being done. Can you please advice when the next round of selections will take place.

If anybody who done the hajj in the last year (ie 2011) and applied again for the year (ie 2012) going on. and he again selected from qurrah also. Again he made a desire to go for hajj. Is it possible? wherever he couldnot apply for the hajj for next 5 year. Shall he deposit the money or not? Please get me answer…

The duration of stay of the pilgrims may be 30 to 40 days and may vary as per schedule provided by the airlines and approved by General Authority of Civil Aviation Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is expected that the Phase-I ( Outward ) Flights will be start from 18th September and will be concluded on 17th October, 2012. Date given on return ticket is Ok and final.
